Please review the Profectus Privacy Policy for more information about how Profectus collects, uses, discloses, and deletes consumer personal information.

If you are an agent submitting a request on behalf of a consumer, Profectus requires additional written proof showing your authority as an agent or other legal entitled individual depending on local laws.

• Do not sell my Personal Information. The definition of a “sale” is defined broadly by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which may include the disclosing of your personal information with third parties where Profectus receives a commercial benefit for doing so.
• Do not share my Personal Information/Opt-out of Cross-Context Behavioral or Targeted Advertising. Select this option if you would like for Profectus to stop using or sharing your personal information for personalized online advertising.
• Access my Personal Information & 3rd Party Disclosures. Profectus will provide a report detailing your personal data, how it's processed, and the categories or specific third parties it's been shared with. Additional steps and exceptions may apply based on local laws.
• Correct my Personal Information. In response to your correction request, Profectus will delete your personal data. Exceptions may apply based on local laws.
• Delete my Personal Information. Select this option if you want Profectus to delete all personal information associated with you. Exceptions may apply based on local laws.
• Opt-out of Profiling/Automated Decision-Making. Select this option if you would like for Profectus to stop using your personal data to make a decision by automated means without any human involvement.
• Opt-out/Revoke Consent of use of my Sensitive Personal Information. Select this option if you would like for Profectus to stop using or sharing your sensitive personal information. Profectus follows local privacy laws (e.g. California Privacy Rights Act) to define and classify sensitive personal information.
• Appeal the result of my prior privacy request. If you have submitted a prior privacy request and Profectus has refused to take action on the request, you may submit an appeal to Profectus.
